Our rising star. So far a well kept secret, but it's time to welcome her to the main stage. Great as the main ingredient in salads with sea salt flakes and olive oil. Also fantastic in stews, bowls and wok with sesame oil and soy sauce.
Our lovely pak choi is grown using a hydroponic method, meaning that we don't use any soil. Instead, they sit in a floating raft above a pool of nutrient-rich water. And since the water circulates in a closed system, the only water we loose is going right into the plant you eat. Compared to outdoor farming in soil, we actually save 90% in water use by doing so.
